The first step in getting an Estate Plan in place is an Planning Session together in my office, your home, or online. We will get to know each other, and I will share with you some of the ways that we can work together to make sure that your loved ones are taken care of after you are gone.

I don't like to rush, so please expect this initial session to take a couple of hours. Be ready to relax, learn, and consider your options. If we both agree that working together is the next right step, we will move directly into planning, and you will leave the session knowing that the process is underway, and with a feeling of accomplishment.

Estate planning at The Law Office of David Stevens is not one size fits all. I offer multiple types of plans to suit your varying needs... from foundational starter plans, to more complex trust plans.

Generally, my fees are not inexpensive. I provide a high level of service to my clients that you simply will not get with an online provider, or an attorney that "churns and burns" estate plans in a high volume, low price operation.

Truly, there is no one-size-fits-all estate plan. Together we will determine which is right for you and your family.
